A message dated May 28, 2008, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 226(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act extending the termination of the state training and                                                                
     employment program; requiring a review of the program; and
